This role reports to the Director of Marketing and HR, and will be involved in the strategic planning, organization, execution, and tracking of external events (including roadshows, tradeshows, client visits, etc.) and internal company events and projects (including client demos, open enrollment, quarterly reviews, sales team meetings, etc.). Our ideal candidate has passion for efficient systems and attention-to-detail while also having a creative flair and understanding of basic design principles, social content strategies, and the ability to work independently while supporting the collective whole. Marketing support requires strong communication abilities \u2013 including face-to-face, social media, and printed collateral. HR support requires strong organizational abilities, confidentiality, empathy, responsiveness, and highly-detailed reporting. Must be able to learn quickly and independently, enjoy solving problems, and be powered by a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
